E-commerce Content Creator

The Role: This is a full-time position for a E-commerce Content Creator located in Athens Metropolitan Area. The E-commerce Content Creator will be responsible for daily tasks related to creating and writing content and correctly describing products on the company's website.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s digital sales channels
• Upload products online and ensure their attractive presentation
• Create and update content (product descriptions, photos, banners, videos)
• Monitor and evaluate promotional campaigns and assess their effectiveness in driving sales
• Track and analyze web analytics to improve customer engagement
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and design teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or digital environments
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English skills
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and core digital marketing tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong team spirit
