What You Will Work On
Reporting to the Retail Logistics Manager Housemarket of the Sales, Range & Logistics department you are responsible and accountable to:
- Ensure the required Service Levels in all stores in the territory as set in the Business Plan
- Balance the inventory levels per store in terms of stock weeks on hand and overstock as percent of total stock value, as set in the Business Plan
- Ensure the smooth phasing in & out of products according to the IKEA Product Change Date cycle
- Closely monitor and manage all operating costs and P&L elements related to the areas of responsibility
- Implement all the agreed actions set in order to improve the Brand capital, the ICSS & the 4 axes indices
- Ensure that all company, legal and health & safety guidelines are followed in all areas of responsibility and at all times
- Select, develop and maintain a motivated team capable of achieving the agreed objectives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management)
- Proficiency in MS Office & fluency in Englis
- Knowledge of the retail market and Navision will be an asset
- 4-5 years in retail logistics
- At least 3 years in a managerial role within supply chain
- Planning & organizing
- Supply chain expertise
