H Hotels Collection is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join the team at Titania Hotel Athens.
In this role, you will manage FIT, online and telephone reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of bookings across all channels while supporting room sales, revenue optimization and seamless coordination with Front Office and Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage FIT, online and telephone reservations, from initial enquiry through confirmation, modification or cancellation.
- Process and maintain reservations accurately in the PMS, Channel Manager, hotel website and OTA platforms.
- Handle daily reservation correspondence, enquiries and special requests, ensuring timely and professional responses to clients and partners.
- Monitor new bookings, cancellations, no-shows and amendments, ensuring correct charges, rate codes, business sources and communication with the relevant departments.
- Manage hotel availability across OTA channels and the hotel website, in coordination with inventory requirements.
- Maximize room sales and revenue through effective upselling, while supporting Sales and Front Office with reservation-related requests and VIP, repeater and special guest arrangements.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel reservations role.
- Good knowledge of PMS, OTA extranets, Channel Manager and hotel website reservation systems.
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Strong numerical, analytical and computer skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
