Tool and Machinery Product Compliance Manager

 

The right candidate will:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of hand tools, power tools, and machinery with applicable laws and regulations.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure product compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
  • Conduct tests and quality checks to ensure product safety and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with production, R&D, and marketing departments to develop new products that meet compliance requirements.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and update the company on their impacts.
  • Create and manage technical files and other related compliance documentation.
  • Address and resolve compliance issues arising from markets and customers.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of international regulations and standards (e.g., CE, RoHS, REACH).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead projects from conception to completion.
  • Commercial understanding: Ability to put company’s strategy into practice, transfer commercial and marketing needs into concrete projects and clearly convey the right message.Decisiveness and strong problem-solving skills.
  • A willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • DIY enthusiasts will be preferred.
