Supply Chain Manager
(The role operates within one of the Fourlis Group’s retail companies)
Role Purpose
The purpose of the Supply Chain Manager is to ensure the efficient, timely, and cost effective flow of the supply chain, from suppliers to stores and customers in Greece and Cyprus, optimizing logistics processes, improving operational performance, safeguarding inventory accuracy, and supporting.
The position reports directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
•Design and support the supply chain strategy
•Optimize logistics network design to enhance efficiency and service levels
•Design and implements process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
•Oversee inbound logistics and ensure timely receipt of products
•Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
•Track supplier service levels and escalate performance issues where needed
•Plan and supervise distribution to all stores
•Maintain strong inventory control and data accuracy
•Lead and implement stock taking procedures
•Support periodic and annual physical inventory counts
•Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with commercial and promotional needs
•Cooperate with Retail Operations to support product availability
•Coordinate warehouse and delivery operations for e commerce
•Ensure high service levels through third party logistics partners
•Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
•Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
•Contribute to the preparation and review of logistics RFPs and contracts
•Monitor logistics costs and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications & Competencies Required:
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
•3–5 years of supply chain or logistics experience
•Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (SoftOne is a plus)
•Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
•Experience in team coordination or supervision
•Ability to collaborate cross functionally and manage external partners
