Fourlis group, one of the leading Groups of companies in Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus and Romania in providing quality consumer goods, is currently looking to recruit a People Development Senior Expert, based in Kifissia, Attiki.
The Position:
The People Development Senior Expert will play a key role in designing, implementing, and administering strategic people initiatives across the Group. This role focuses on building a culture of high performance, continuous growth, and strong leadership pipelines. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with hands-on delivery capability.
Reporting to the Group People Experience & Growth Senior Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:
1 Performance Management
- Leading the design and implementation of the Group’s performance management framework, ensuring alignment with company strategy and values
- Providing guidance and tools to managers for effective goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews
- Analyzing performance data and identifying trends for continuous improvement.
2 Employee Development & Growth
- Developing, rolling out and coordinating Group-wide employee development programs, that address capability gaps and career growth needs
- Partnering with Group companies and business units to identify high-impact development opportunities.
3 Succession Management
- Designing and supporting succession planning processes, identifying and tracking key roles and potential successors
- Collaborating with local HR Teams and Leaders to prepare targeted development plans for succession readiness
- Maintaining the succession and talent databases, ensuring accurate reporting.
4 Talent Management
- Contributing to the design and execution of talent identification, assessment, and engagement strategies
- Supporting the Group’s internal mobility initiatives
- Preparing talent dashboards and insights to inform leadership decisions.
5 Operational & Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate HR data and documentation
- Coordinating timelines, communications, and reporting Group-wide
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and HR standards.
Qualifications & Competencies required:
•University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
•Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken
•Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to performance management and talent growth
•Strong analytical and project management skills
•Proficiency in HRIS & Target/Performance Management digital solutions, Excel for data analysis and power point for effective presentations
•Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management abilities
•Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional detail
•Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
