Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant
Job Description:
- Update and maintain product lists on the e-shop (photos, descriptions, pricing, product attributes)
- Ensure correct stock availability, product display, and categorization
- Monitor e-shop KPIs, analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Support the optimization of digital channels (SEO, Meta, TikTok, etc.) in collaboration with external agencies
- Collaborate with agencies, suppliers, and the commercial team to align on commercial strategy
- Coordinate and execute newsletters, Viber & SMS campaigns through relevant platforms, and manage audience lists and segmentations
- Contribute to the planning and execution of the commercial calendar (promotions, seasonal campaigns, sales periods)
- Work closely with Customer Service to resolve order-related issues and identify areas for improvement throughout the customer journey.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field
- Strong data analysis skills and understanding of e-commerce KPIs, with the ability to make insight-driven decisions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle large product assortments and seasonal collections
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, GA4 or similar tools
- Previous experience in retail industry, especially in e-commerce & performance marketing is a plus
