FLEXOPACK GROUP is looking for :  

Customer Service / Sales Administration UK (remote work able to attend our warehouse in Blackburn, when required) 

Please find below the main responsibilities & soft skills required for the position of Customer Service / Sales Administration:

Main Duties

·         Enter sales orders / purchase orders / samples with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

·         Provide order confirmations.

·         Research and process product returns & value credits.

·         Respond to customer queries as quickly and accurately as possible.

·         Maintain customer account and record account information.

·         Update pricelist.

·         Manage inventory and stocks in general / sales reports.

·         Production Queries.

·         Warehouse checking / issues (able to attend our warehouse in Blackburn, when required).

·         Repacking pallets and dispatching samples when required.

·         Schedule outbounds.

·         Create and issue all necessary shipment documents to accompany outbound shipments (delivery notes, packing lists, invoices).

·         Check all dispatches are completed.

·         Goods receipts / returns (manage & prepare documentation for returns).  

·         Completing all daily tasks.

·         Other duties as assigned.

Soft skills

·         SAP experience will be considered an advantage.

·         Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel necessary).

·         Customer Service experience / logistics (+3 years).

·         Supply chain / warehouse experience.

·         Excellent communication skills (verbal / written).

·         Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.

·         Detail oriented with excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
