We are looking for a Sales Manager – HCP Division to lead and grow our presence across the Health, Corporate, and Performance segments in Greece.
This is not a traditional sales role. It is a consultative, solution-driven position combining strategic thinking with strong field execution, requiring business understanding, client engagement, and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
Role Purpose
To drive growth in the HCP segment by developing strategic client relationships, leading consultative sales cycles, and positioning Technogym as a partner in business transformation, not just an equipment provider.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Business Development
- Lead the full consultative sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure
- Develop and execute growth strategies across HCP segments
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers (owners, operators, executives)
- Maintain strong personal ownership of field activity, client engagement, and pipeline generation
- Drive pipeline development with disciplined forecasting and execution focus
Solution Selling
- Translate client needs into integrated solutions combining equipment, digital, and services
- Build and present compelling business cases, including ROI and value creation
- Move beyond product selling into value-based, solution-driven engagements
Client Partnership
- Act as a strategic advisor, supporting clients in evolving their business models
- Support clients in evolving their business models and unlocking long-term value through integrated solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer value across the lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, consulting, digital, marketing) to deliver best-in-class solutions
Team & Market Leadership
- Support and guide junior team members, sharing best practices
- Drive disciplined use of CRM and pipeline management tools
- Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities

- Experience in health, fitness, or wellness-related environments is a strong advantage, particularly in contexts where services evolve from treatment-based models to long-term engagement and performance-driven solutions
Technical & Operational Skills
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
- Structured approach to pipeline management and forecasting
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Willingness to travel frequently across Greece
