As we expand our Health, Corporate & Performance (HCP) division, we are looking for an energetic, motivated Sales Consultant with a strong passion for fitness, wellness, and human performance. This role is ideal for someone early in their commercial career or coming from a related sector and eager to develop into a consultative sales professional within a premium, purpose-driven brand.
You will play a key role in developing our presence across physiotherapy centers, clinics, corporate wellness environments, and performance facilities by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and presenting tailored Technogym solutions.
This is a role with real growth potential, continuous learning, and exposure across multiple business segments within Technogym and the broader Fais Group.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the health, corporate, and performance segments.
- Conduct regular field visits to build strong relationships with physiotherapists, clinic owners, trainers, and decision-makers.
- Support the creation of proposals, presentations, and initial solution layouts (training provided).
- Manage leads, update CRM, and maintain an active, healthy pipeline.
- Achieve sales, profitability, and activity targets.
Consultative Client Engagement
- Understand client needs and propose tailored equipment and solution configurations.
- Act as a trusted ambassador for the Technogym ecosystem.
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely follow-up and coordination with internal teams.
Collaboration & Market Insight
- Work closely with colleagues across other sales lines (Club, Hospitality, Residential,, Home, Digital).
- Support marketing, events, and promotional activities with a strong client-facing presence.
- Share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Science, Wellness, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management (wellness, health, fitness, or premium products a plus).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for wellness and helping people live healthier lives.
- Basic familiarity with fitness or health concepts is beneficial.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Good command of English.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field visits.
