As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Visual Merchandiser (VM) who is passionate about luxury fashion. If you want to become a member of the KALOGIROU team and apply your passion for the job, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the flawless execution of the brand’s visual merchandising standards and guidelines across all stores.
• Partner closely with Store Managers to align visual merchandising with commercial objectives, including sales performance, new launches, and seasonal collections.
• Implement product presentation and styling in accordance with brand guidelines, and business strategy.
• Conduct regular store visits to uphold the highest standards of visual excellence and brand consistency.
• Capture high-quality visual documentation of store displays and prepare detailed monthly reports, as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail in product presentation and store execution.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and solve problems in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven capability to work independently while proactively managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
