We are looking for a talented eCommerce Operations Back Οffice Intern - KIKO MILANO GR (member of Fais Group of companies) to join our e-commerce team and elevate our digital commerce strategy, to support our continued online growth.

The ideal candidate will assist in managing product listings, site merchandising, and back-office operations.

The Role

• Product management and uploads
• Implementing and optimizing daily site merchandising updates
• Updating on-site content and product information
• Assisting in executing time-sensitive trading activities (flash sales, promotions, campaigns)
• Supporting daily back-office operations
• Data entry and reporting
   

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in eCommerce, retail, or similar role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute tasks reliably
• Detail-oriented, producing accurate and high-quality work
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Interest in fashion and eCommerce
• Knowledge and familiarity with Magento CMS (knowledge of Magento CMS will be considered a plus)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (knowledge of Entersoft erp will be considered a plus)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
