We are looking for a Business Partner Officer to join our Eurolife FFH team.
Role Responsibilities
As a Business Partner Officer in Εurolife Experience Center, you will be responsible to:
- Manage and process Partner’s requests
- Manage the incoming Calls
- Identify Partner’s needs, clarify information and provide solutions
- Provide a high standard of Partner’s service
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- BS degree in Business Administration, Economics, Insurance or related field
- 2-3 years work experience
- Self-motivated individual with ability to undertake initiatives, prioritize appropriately and embrace challenges
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Flexibility and adaptability in performing additional tasks where needed
- Fast thinker
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office software
