We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic initiatives across our organization. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of projects, including corporate transformation programs, insurance product development initiatives, and IT-for-IT projects aimed at enhancing internal technology capabilities and operational efficiency.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery expertise within a complex business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of enterprise-wide projects.
  • Manage corporate and business transformation initiatives aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate and deliver insurance product development projects, working closely with business, underwriting, actuarial, operations, and regulatory teams.
  • Drive IT-for-IT projects focused on improving internal systems, technology platforms, infrastructure, processes, and digital capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, resource allocations, and risk management frameworks.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment among executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate governance processes, steering committees, and project status reporting.
  • Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of project management experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex business and technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance product lifecycle management and implementation.
  • Knowledge of insurance operations, policy administration systems, claims, or distribution channels.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, cloud migration, data, or enterprise technology initiatives.
