We provide broking and consulting services in all insurance lines and for clients across all the sectors of the economy, with the ability to design tailor made solutions for specialized insurance needs.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Benefits Officer to join our team, with strong market knowledge and desire to excel in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing guidance on group health policies and pension plans.
- Assist with claims processing and ensure successful handling of compensation claims.
- Serve as the main contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries related to employee benefits.
- Maintain relationships with carriers and vendors, negotiating competitive rates and ensuring service quality.
- Analyze client needs, design suitable health plans, and research the insurance market.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee data and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Conduct final reviews and data entry for insurance documents.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar position
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Analytical thinking and strong organizational skills
- Result orientation and self-initiative with proven ability to achieve goals under pressure within strict time limits & quality standards
- Motivation for continuous improvement and development
- Strong detail-orientation and resourceful mindset
