We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Insurance Relationship Managers to join our growing team in the region of Crete. From this role, you will be responsible to enhance our relationship with our Bancassurance Partner, by managing the day-to-day insurance sales operations, providing appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Role responsibilities
- Execute sales through leads generated via referrals from the assigned bank partner.
- Analyze customers’ needs in insurance areas and cover these needs from company’s product range
- Cross sell and up sell to client base
- Provide post- sales servicing and manage customer relationship
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Ability to deliver under pressure to short deadlines and cope with changing priorities
- Team Player
- Computer use competency
