Sales Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Customer Support Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you will assist the sales team in obtaining and retaining customers by performing administrative and clerical tasks. Your main duties will include responding to customer questions and concerns, ensuring that the sales team provides superior customer service, and supporting all after-sales service.

Role responsibilities

  • Compile daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates
  • Handle all administrative duties for the CDU team, including communicating directly with customers, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
  • Provide assistance to management team members and executives as needed
  • Perform data entry duties in regards to metrics, portfolio figures, customer support and other key data
  • Execute and process policy amendments in a timely manner and inform clients upon completion
  • Remind via calls clients for their renewals of cancelations
  • Εxpedite urgent requests and contact clients accordingly
  • Ensure that our sales team is able to function effectively and meet the company’s sales objectives

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-5 years work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Ability to complete tasks and make decisions independently.
  • Proficiency in computer use, including basic spreadsheet and word processing software.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional approach, especially in person and over the phone when interacting with insurance relationship managers and customers.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain concepts in simple terms to help customers understand and resolve issues.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to apply critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues with policies.
