HR Generalist
We are looking for an HR Generalist who excels in a fast pace environment and wants to make a significant impact in a leading and dynamic insurance company where employees are an integral part of the Company and the driving force for its success. As an HR Generalist you will support the HR Team in managing a variety of functions including recruitment, L&D, Performance management and Compliance having critical involvement in operational and administrative responsibilities. You will also help ensure smooth daily HR Operations and actively contribute to HR projects.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and training initiatives.
- Manage the corporate performance management system, including annual goal-setting and evaluations.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs; participate in market surveys.
- Support internal communication actions to strengthen corporate culture.
- Develop and implement HR policies.
- Support employees on HR-related issues and resolve concerns.
- Represent and promote Eurolife HR internally and externally; build partnerships & foster external collaborations.
- Utilize data and metrics to measure and improve HR effectiveness.
- Develop standard reports and contribute to HR projects.
- Drive continuous improvements using market insights and best practices.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field. MSc in Human Recourses will be considered an asset
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources
- Exposure on compensation and benefit schemes
- Knowledge of Greek labor law, HR Practices and market trends
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed along with internet research capabilities
- Excellent command of the English language both written and oral.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Self-driven with a great sense of initiative and accountability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR related issues
- Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities and time management skills
- Proactive, strong detail and result oriented approach to challenges
- Team-oriented and willing to contribute to the overall workflow of the department
