Role Overview

Ethniki Asfalistiki is looking for a Customer Value Management (CVM) Expert who will be responsible for driving profitable growth by translating strategic priorities into measurable improvements in customer lifetime value, portfolio economics, and commercial performance. The job holder will act as a strategic partner to Commercial, Operations and Customer Experience, ensuring decisions are grounded in customer value, portfolio profitability, and long-term economics.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead structured strategic analysis and scenario modeling to support executive decision-making and inform growth priorities, portfolio focus, and investment allocation.
  • Translate market dynamics, internal data, and financial sensitivities into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Design and institutionalize the company’s Customer Value Management (CVM) framework, including the development of customer lifetime value models.
  • Identify retention, cross-sell, and value creation opportunities and translate insights into prioritized commercial actions.
  • Monitor portfolio performance across segments, channels, and products to assess profitability and growth quality.
  • Identify margin leakage, unprofitable growth pockets, and opportunities to improve customer lifetime economics.
  • Partner with Commercial leadership to enhance growth productivity through analytics, customer segmentation, and performance steering.
  • Support initiatives across Motor, P&C, and Protection by providing data-driven insights and strategic guidance.
  • Establish a structured market and customer intelligence capability, ensuring leadership decisions are informed by customer behavior, channel productivity, and competitive dynamics.

 

Candidate Job Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.  Master’s degree or MBA will be considered a plus. 
  • 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within financial services, insurance, or another data-driven industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience translating complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Experience in customer value management, portfolio analytics, profitability analysis, or pricing.
  • Ability to build and interpret analytical models (e.g., customer lifetime value, scenario analysis) and understand key commercial and financial drivers.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights to leadership.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • No pending military obligations (for Greek male citizens)
