Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist at Esperia Group in Rhodes, Greece. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as Google and Meta ads, Web Analytics, Online Marketing, and communication to enhance the online presence and engagement strategies for the Esperia Hotels brand.

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Knowledge of the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus
