ERGOTRAK, member of Sfakianakis Group, one of the largest companies in the Greek market that imports, distributes and supports (after sales support) vehicles and machinery for the Greek market, is looking for a:

Division Manager (Diesel engines & Gensets)

Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements strategies for the sector of Gensets & Diesel Engines, including marine engines, increases efficiency and strengthens the company’s market position.
• Leads the technical and commercial teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and knowledge to achieve business goals.
• Oversees the installation, technical support, and maintenance services of the different operations of the sector, ensuring their quality.
• Manages partnerships with engine & power generator manufacturers, negotiating contracts and terms of cooperation.
• Provides technical guidance and resolves complex issues within the sector.
• Leads the sales team, aiming to grow the market share through effective sales strategies.
• Develops and monitors the annual budget, ensuring cost control and the achievement of financial targets.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and strategic partners in the sector.
• Collaborates with clients to understand their needs and provides technical expertise and tailored solutions based on customer requirements.
• Monitors sector performance, analyzes results, and identifies areas for improvement, providing regular reports to management.
• Takes initiatives for the training and improvement of the responsible teams.
• Stays updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the company’s products and services, as well as to develop new business.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. An MSc or MBA degree will be considered a plus
• Over 10 years of experience in the Generators & Diesel Engines sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position
• Strong understanding of diesel engine technology, generators, electrical systems, and related components
• Excellent knowledge of English language (both oral and written)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including budget management and meeting deadlines
