Job Description:

Role Summary

We are seeking for an Applications’ Administrator to strengthen our existing team, which is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications. This role ensures the efficient operation of enterprise applications, optimizes application performance, supports end-users and troubleshoot issues. The Applications’ Administrator will collaborate with various departments, including Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Development and Internal Production teams.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily applications’ operations (batch flows, integrations etc) and resolving issues promptly.
  • Configure applications to meet evolving business requirements and manage user access and permissions.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve application-related issues.
  • Collaborate with software vendors regarding software issues, full lifecycle of new enhancements (specifications, delivery plan, test) and support for daily tasks.
  • Work with development teams for integration purposes and application optimizations and efficiency improvements.
  •  Participate in planning and execution of application releases and upgrades.
  •  Perform impact analysis for daily deployments of patches to ensure business continuity and communication of application changes to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Conduct and maintain detailed documentation for application configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience as an Applications Administrator, Functional Consultant/Analyst, or Key User in Enterprise Applications.
  • Experience in Banking or Financial Services Industry.
  • Familiarity with databases, SQL, and scripting languages.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the full Information Solutions Lifecycle, including requirements gathering, validation, testing, promotion in production, post live support.
  • Experience with application monitoring tools.
