Job Advert: Operational Support Officer
We are currently seeking a dedicated Operational Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support and assistance to various departments within our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare the end-to-end legal files for in-house lawyers' legal actions and collaborate with the Inhouse Legal Team on any needs regarding prelegal or enforcement actions.
• Provide requested legal docs to the external law firms and other external associates (including Bailiffs, sub-servicers, etc.).
• Handle inbound legal documentation log and distribution to respective lawyer/law firm.
• Prepare settlement letters, debt certificates, pay-off certificates, and any other need for operational documentation issuance.
• Prepare loan account statements for legal action or other use.
• Handle debtors’ loan accounts i.e charge expenses.
• Perform data enrichment in the system (including research of information from documentation in digital/physical files or new documentation received).
• Collaborate with the Inhouse Legal Team and other involved internal departments to handle Complaints as per Regulator (BoG) mandatory processes.
• Handle Customer Care inbound calls to offer guidelines to debtors (i.e how to submit a request or a complaint, how to use MyEOS debtors’ profile platform).
• Handle debtor requests (i.e debtors requesting a copy of the contract, Hello Letter resent, etc).
• Handle the booking of in-person appointments between debtors and Servicing Operations (i.e for negotiations/settlements).
• Collaborate with the Strategic Projects team in Legal Operations Dpt regarding needs of Government platforms (i.e OCW).
• Collaborate with inhouse BI and BA regarding potential system needs (i.e bulk uploading or exporting of documentation and/or data files).
• Collaborate with the in-house Servicing Operations department on any need that will facilitate recoveries and target achievement prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of enforcement actions flow and line and of legal documentation.
• Strong understanding of NPL industry and recoveries handling.
• Experience in financial institutions and Servicers Collections & Recoveries operations and systems.
• Experience in financial institutions & Servicers operations regarding regulations by Bank of Greece.
