We are looking for a motivated  Junior Business Software Consultant  to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.  

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Provide day-to-day support to customers via phone, email, and CRM/ticketing systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their requests
• Support customers in the use of our Web ERP and commercial software applications, including invoicing, orders, sales, purchases, my data and other core commercial processes
• Understand and record customer business needs and translate them into appropriate application configurations and solutions
• Configure and parameterize applications according to customer requirements and business processes
• Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to customers, helping them effectively use our software solutions
• Participate in application testing, identify issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality and continuous improvement
• Support the Direct Sales team with product knowledge, customer presentations, and solution-related inquiries
• Identify additional customer needs and potential cross-selling opportunities, communicating them to the relevant Sales teams
• Gather customer feedback and research findings and contribute insights for the continuous improvement of our products and services
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Consulting teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Good understanding of basic commercial and accounting processes, such as invoicing, orders, purchases, sales, and commercial documents
• Familiarity with ERP, accounting, or commercial software applications will be considered a strong asset
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in interacting directly with customers
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to understand and analyze business needs
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with different departments
• Good command of English and MS Office
