We are looking for a motivated  Application Support Consultant  to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.  

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication
• Analyze and manage client support requests related to sales and field operations
• Provide ongoing support for CRM and Mobile applications and assist clients in resolving system-related issues
• Guide clients on best practices and ensure optimal use of the systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle support requests and ensure high service quality
• Work closely with ERP teams to support system integration

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Previous experience in a technical support role or internship, academic projects
• Knowledge of SQL (Microsoft SQL Server)
• Ability to analyze business processes and troubleshoot issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Team player with customer-focused mindset

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of XML
• Familiarity with CRM/Mobile business applications
