We are looking for a motivated  Information Security Officer   to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.  

The Role

Reporting to the CISO and in cooperation with your colleagues, you will be the operational backbone of our Information Security Program. You will translate the CISO's strategy into action, owning risk management, driving compliance, and acting as the security voice in customer engagements and vendor relationships. You will work closely with the CISO and collaborate across every part of the business.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Maintain and continuously improve our ISMS, keeping it aligned with ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, and GDPR obligations.
• Conduct risk assessments across infrastructure, change requests, suppliers, and AI systems.
• Lead or coordinate the response to information security incidents, and maintain and test our incident response plans and playbooks.
• Support our Business Continuity Management program, including business impact analyses, continuity and ICT recovery plans, and regular testing, in line with ISO 22301 and DORA.
• Respond to customer security due diligence questionnaires and support contract security reviews.
• Support our Security Awareness and Secure Development Programs and build a security-first culture across the organization.
• Assess and govern the secure use of AI tools, advising teams on AI risk and responsible deployment.
• Support compliance monitoring and evidence collection across regulatory frameworks and internal audits.
• Support the creation, maintenance and reporting on KPIs and KGIs.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• 5+ years of experience in an Information / Cyber Security role.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and security controls.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, and DORA compliance.
• Practical experience with information security incident management, aligned with ISO/IEC 27035.
• Proven ability to assess and manage third-party and supplier security risk.
• Experience responding to customer DDQs and participating in security contract reviews.
• Familiarity with AI security risks, including OWASP LLM Top 10, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act.
• A professional certification (held or actively pursued): CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills: you can explain security to engineers, executives, and customers alike.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust, lead cross-functional work, and drive security outcomes without direct authority.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO/IEC 22301 Business Continuity Management principles is considered a plus.
• Practical experience working with AI tools is a strong advantage, as our Security team operates in an AI-first environment and uses AI extensively in day-to-day work.
