Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Maintain Services: Oversee daily performance, troubleshoot errors, and ensure smooth functionality of applications.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance services and support tools for greater efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Department to implement new functionalities and ensure smooth service operations.
- Installation and Configuration: Install and configure software applications.
- 3rd Level Support: Provide expert support for complex technical issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Programming Skills: Experience with C# or VB.NET.
- Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with XML standards.
- Technical Proficiency: Excellent command of Desktop Applications on Windows environments.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, responsibility, and initiative.
Preferred Qualifications:
- EDI Protocols: Experience with EDI protocols such as EDIFACT, UBL, ebXML, etc.
- ERP/CRM Systems: Experience in supporting or developing ERP/CRM systems, with a preference for Entersoft.
- Business Knowledge: Experience in supply chain or accounting.
- Data & Architecture: Ability to analyze data and perform application architecture design.
