Join Our Team as Payroll & HRMS Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant in our Partners Channel, you will play a crucial role in promoting our SAAS suite WorkLife to our partners. You will collaborate closely with their commercial teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to successfully market and sell our solutions.

About the Role:

·        Act as the central liaison between the company and the Partners Channel, ensuring smooth communication, alignment of goals, and collaboration on sales initiatives

·        Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our Payroll and HRMS software WorkLife through the Partners Channel.

·        Provide training and support to partners, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our products and services.

·        Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the software for partners and their clients.

·        Analyze our partners performance and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirement:

·        Bachelor’s degree in business-related field

·        2-3 years experience in payroll, accounting or similar

·        Knowledge of ERP, CRM or similar business software is considered a plus

·        Results oriented, positive thinking and passionate

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English

·        Very good knowledge of MS Office

·        Greek Labor Law knowledge would be a plus
