As a Sales Account Manager in our Partners Channel, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Web based Human Capital Management Software “WorkLife” to our partners. You will collaborate closely with their commercial teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to successfully market and sell our solutions.

 

About the Role

·        Identify market opportunities for business growth

·        Discuss Payroll and HCM needs with clients and suggest the most suitable solutions

·        Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments Act as the central liaison between the company and the Partners Channel, ensuring smooth communication, alignment of goals, and collaboration on sales initiatives.

·        Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our Payroll and HCM software “WorkLife” through the Partners Channel.

·        Provide training and support to partners, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our products and services.

·        Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the software for partners and their clients.

·        Analyze our partners performance and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements and skills

·        Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or Human Resources Management or in related fields

·        Experience in Software Sales, preferably in Payroll System/HRMS/HRIS/HCMS solutions

·        Experience in Payroll or/and Human Resources Management will be considered as a strong asset

·        Familiarity with CRM software will be an asset

·        Fluency in English

·        Strong communication and negotiation skills

·        Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients

·        Results orientation with achievement drive

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Be a team player
