- Monitor and resolve software-related issues, maintaining optimal performance and reliability
- Empower users through tailored advice and comprehensive training on software usage
- Collaborate effectively with consultants and development teams

Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or in relevant field
- Hands on experience with ERP, CRM or other software
- Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server) is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
