Role Overview:

  • Engage with Stakeholders: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define requirements for optimizing business processes.
  • Design Solutions: Document requirements and design the best solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Implement & Execute: Deliver software implementations using SQL/Oracle Databases.
  • Innovate & Improve: Provide feedback to develop new functionalities and enhance existing ones.
  • Train & Support: Conduct training sessions to ensure a smooth transition for users to the new software environment.
  • Collaborate & Resolve: Work closely with the project team to prioritize customer needs and proactively address issues.

What You Bring:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Supply Chain Management or Logistics are a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience or familiarity with WMS, Supply Chain Execution software, or Business Consulting in SCM/Logistics is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL or Oracle server, Knowledge of REST APIs, Knowledge of Communication Protocols (HTTP, JSON, REST, XML)
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, active listening, time management, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
