We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our high caliber team.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize our cloud infrastructure at scale. You'll play a critical role in driving cloud adoption, automation, and operational excellence across the organization.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, aligned with business requirements and best practices
- Deploy and manage production-grade cloud infrastructure including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services with focus on performance, cost optimization, and resilience
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management
- Monitor, optimize, and secure cloud environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and security tools (Azure Security Center, Sentinel, etc.)
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate cross-functionally with development, security, operations, and product teams to deliver integrated cloud solutions
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and the continuous improvement of cloud practices
- Drive automation initiatives by developing scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and workflows to reduce manual overhead and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with security policies, governance frameworks, and industry standards (ISO, GDPR, NIS2, DORA etc.)
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure
- Expertise in Azure services including Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure SQL, Storage, Networking (VNet, NSG, Load Balancers), Azure AD, Key Vault etc
- Scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Azure CLI
- Experience in both Windows and Linux server administration and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and identity management in cloud environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, or similar tools
- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Azure Monitor)
- Knowledge of database administration (Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cosmos DB)
- Background in supporting enterprise-scale SaaS platforms or business-critical applications
