We are looking for a Technical Software Consultant to join our high caliber team.

Your Role

• Deliver sell-out data to clients and partners, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Perform sell-in vs sell-out data checks & SQL, identifying discrepancies and opportunities.
• Support the onboarding of new partners, providing technical assistance where needed.
• Organize and monitor client processes through CRM tools, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Utilize SQL to extract data that informs strategic decisions.

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SQL (Microsoft SQL Server).
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP or other software system is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
