As our team grows, we are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership and drive eCommerce platform and Web applications projects success.

The Project Manager is the first person to receive the contract for a new project and the one who will orchestrate and manage the team that will implement it. This team usually incorporates a Deliver Manager/Business Analyst, UI/UX Designer, Front-End and Back-End Developers, Systems Engineer.

Your Role:

• Acting as the point of contact and communication with the respective Project Manager on the part of the client
• Compiling and updating the Project Plan
• Organizing and participating in all internal and client meetings
• Keeping in mind the scope, contract and budget of the project
• Recording and documenting in detail all issues discussed in project meetings and calls
• Archiving all project files in appropriate structures in the tools we use
• Informing management in time about risks and/or issues that hinder the project’s smooth execution or may derail its budget
• Orchestrating team members to handle issues according to their roles (Requirements, Design, Technology, Content)

Your Qualifications & Competencies:

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in an IT Consultancy or Digital Agency
• Experience in managing complex web projects incorporating integration with databases and external systems
• Proficient in the use of Project Management tools
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset
• Eager to learn, with a growth-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in the Greek and English language
