We are looking for Commercial Software Support (Orders & Billing) to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Handle incoming requests from customers via email and CRM systems.
  • Assist customers with general business support related to invoicing, shipping documents, and order processing.
  • Support tasks related to data entry, document management, and system updates.
  • Ensure proper handling of commercial documents, including invoices, delivery notes, and credit/debit notes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Identify potential improvements in business processes and communicate suggestions to the team.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience working in an accounting department or commercial/retail company.
  • Familiarity with invoicing, shipping documents, and basic business operations.
  • Basic knowledge or exposure to myDATA platform is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
