We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join our high-caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Analyze client support requests related to sales and field operations
- Provide ongoing support for Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions
- Assist clients in resolving system-related issues and guide them through best practices
- Act as a key point of contact for partners and clients, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders by understanding their business needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client support requests and ensure service quality
- Gather feedback from users and partners to identify issues and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with ERP/CRM teams to support integrated solutions
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Very good knowledge of SQL (Microsoft SQL Server – essential)
- Ability to analyze business needs and processes
- Excellent command of Greek & English
- Team spirit, analytical thinking, and a customer-centric approach.
