We are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Data input & processing in payroll software; data export and checking for accuracy, completeness and reasonability compared to data input
• Administration of payroll process and preparation of monthly payroll
• Responsible for monthly social security obligations and submissions of analytical periodical declarations
• Calculation of compensation package for resigned/dismissed employees
• Processing employees’ time and attendance information for working hours/sick leaves/leaves/overtime hours etc
• Handling of public authorities’ tasks (Ergani platform, Sepenet, etc)
• Handling of payroll-related inquiries, changes, and updates
• Participate in the administration of employee benefits programs
• Oversee and administer the company’s health and medical benefits program, including enrolment, and coordination with provider

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in Payroll roles, with a proven track record of success in implementing and optimizing HR & Payroll software solutions 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, advanced degree or professional certifications preferred 
• Excellent knowledge of labor and social security laws
• Proficient user of the Ergani system
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement 
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and advancements
