We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant (Short-Term | Entry-Level) to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Installation and technical support on client premises
- Support via Remote Desktop
- Telephone customer support
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Good knowledge of operating systems, Office software package, and LAN-WAN network services
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions (servers/PCs)
- Driver's license
- Responsibility and reliability
- Communication skills
- Proficiency in English
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server
- 2 years of experience in catering establishments
- Software installation and Wi-Fi network setup
- PC hardware assembly
