We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our high caliber team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient systems using RAD Studio
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of applications
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Back-End Developer
• Strong programming fundamentals
• Solid experience with SQL Server and relational databases
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with desktop applications or legacy systems
• Experience with RAD Studio
• Basic understanding of business processes such as accounting, payroll, and human resources
