We are looking for a Technical Support & Installation Specialist to join our high caliber team.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation, configuration, and functional testing of workstations (computers and peripheral POS equipment)

  • Installation and customization of software according to given specifications

  • Installation and support of networks (servers, routers, switches, racks, etc.)

  • Diagnosis and repair of hardware malfunctions

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree from a Technological Educational Institute (TEI), Vocational Training Institute (IEK), or other institution in the field of Information Technology

  • Proven experience in technical support and repair of computers and POS systems

  • Good knowledge of operating systems, Office software suites, and LAN/WAN networking services

  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (including evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Good understanding of technology-related issues and troubleshooting

  • Team spirit and commitment to productivity goals

  • Good command of the English language

  • Valid driver's license

  • Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)

  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in the above qualifications, with the most recent position meeting these requirements
