We are looking for an SFA Mobile & Backoffice CRM Consultant to join our high-caliber team and play a key role in delivering impactful software solutions for clients across multiple industries (FMCG, Retail, Pharma, etc.).

Your Role

You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, customizing and implementing Mobile/CRM applications, and ensuring that customer needs are effectively met. Your role bridges the gap between business processes and technology by implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define customer requirements related to Mobile/CRM systems
  • Analyze functional specifications and align them with ERP and CRM software processes
  • Customize and configure Mobile/CRM software based on client needs and feedback
  • Provide consulting support on day-to-day software use, ensuring efficient system utilization
  • Manage essential SQL tasks for data queries, troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth onboarding and effective use of software
  • Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve software issues in collaboration with project and support teams
  • Deliver user feedback to internal teams to support product development and continuous improvement

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in ERP, CRM, or Mobile application support or consulting is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and ability to design and execute SQL queries
  • Basic Understanding of business processes in Finance, Retail, or Services is considered a plus
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel and CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Customer-oriented mindset and dedication to high-quality service delivery
