We are looking for a ERP Consultant to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Partner support via telephone / email / e-ticket
- Respond to partner issues
- Assist partners with implementation and training
- Analyze and report product malfunctions
- Collect requirements, analyze businesses, and execute process workshop
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Desired previous work experience as an ERP / Support Consultant in accounting applications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field
- Very good knowledge of ERP software considered as a strong asset
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer – oriented skills
- Very good command of English language
