We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic and high-caliber team.
Your Role
The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of direct customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to Clients
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Overseeing client’s account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- University Degree in Business Administration or Finance
- 2+ previous working experience as Account Manager in Business Software Sector
- Good knowledge of ERP/ Accounting applications
- Good knowledge of accounting
- Good knowledge of English language
- Excellent customer-oriented skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
