We are looking for ERP Support Consultant to join our high caliber team.
Your Role
- Deliver exceptional technical and business support to customers and partners, ensuring smooth experiences
- Monitor and resolve software-related issues, maintaining optimal performance and reliability
- Empower users through tailored advice and comprehensive training on software usage
- Collaborate effectively with consultants and development teams to drive successful outcomes
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration or in relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in software, technical support, or related roles
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in ERP systems or similar software
- Good knowledge of databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with business processes and ability to understand operational needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
