We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to join our high caliber team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Identify customer business needs
- Analyze data using established tools and methods
- Prepare and deliver software demonstrations tailored to customer-specific data and needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to highlight solution benefits
- Assist in completing Requests for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFP)
- Work with development teams to align new customer requirements
- Understand competitors’ solutions to provide the best options for customers
- Conduct presentations and proof-of-concepts for prospects and clients
- Prepare project proposals and quotes
- Assist with process mapping and other business needs under senior guidance
Your Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in ERP/CRM/WMS/BI software
- BS/MS in Finance, Business, Economics, or Computer Science
- Strong knowledge of business software
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office package
- Excellent command of business English (speaking, reading, writing), preferably holder of a language proficiency certificate.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and a team player
- Ability to effectively learn new products and services and demonstrate these articulately
- Detail oriented and results focused
- Strong team worker and able to fit in diverse environments
- Proven ability to listen, extrapolate information and demonstrate a solution to the customer
- Tenacious, highly resistant to a fast-paced working environment
- Open to occasional business travel
