Your Role

We are looking for a Junior/ Mid Level ERP Implementation Consultant  to join our Professional Services team and help customers transform the way they operate through the successful implementation of the Entersoft ERP platform.

Whether you are starting your ERP consulting career or already have implementation experience, you will work on challenging digital transformation projects across multiple industries. Depending on your experience and expertise, you will either support senior consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle or independently lead functional workstreams while collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.

From business analysis and solution configuration to user training, go-live, and post-implementation support, you will play an important role in helping our customers maximize the value of their ERP investment.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Support and collaborate with senior consultants and project managers throughout ERP implementation projects.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Participate in customer workshops and translate business needs into functional ERP solutions aligned with business processes.
• Configure ERP modules based on approved business requirements and solution designs.
• Participate in system testing, validation, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Prepare user documentation and support the delivery of end-user training to ensure successful system adoption.
• Provide post-implementation and post-go-live support, troubleshoot functional issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with development and technical teams to resolve complex functional issues when required.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, implementation records, and knowledge materials.
• Continuously develop ERP product knowledge, consulting skills, and understanding of business processes.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and support the development of junior consultants.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Final-year students may also be considered
• 1–3 years of experience in ERP Support, ERP Implementation, Business Applications, ERP Consulting, Customer Support, Key User, or a similar customer-facing role
• Experience with Entersoft ERP or another ERP platform will be considered a strong advantage
• Good understanding of core business processes, such as Finance, Accounting, Sales, Procurement, Warehouse Management, or Production
• Basic to good understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and experience in ERP configuration, functional testing, and user support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical ERP solutions
• Good communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a project team, managing multiple priorities effectively
• Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop ERP product knowledge and consulting skills.
• Very good command of English
