We are seeking an  AI Product Consultant – Enterprise Software to join our high caliber team.

Your Contribution to the Success of the Team

•  Act as Domain Expert in areas such as: ERP & Accounting, Financial Management, Inventory & Supply Chain Management, HCM / Payroll
• Translate business workflows into AI-ready datasets and structured knowledge
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Leads to define AI use cases
• Design and execute prompt engineering strategies for solving real-world operational problems
• Validate AI model outputs based on business logic and regulatory compliance
• Train AI tools using structured and unstructured data from enterprise software
• Provide continuous feedback to AI engineers for model optimization
• Ensure that AI solutions align with tax, labor, and financial legislation
•  Support internal teams in adopting AI-driven business processes

Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics & Informatics, or related field
• Proven experience (5–8+ years) in Business Software Product environments (ERP / Financials / HCM / Supply Chain)
• Experience working within a software house (Product Management, Functional Architecture, Presales, Consulting with strong product exposure)
• Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture, data structures, and modular design
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt engineering in business use cases
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business requirements into system logic.
• Excellent command of English.
• Τechnical mindset with product orientation
