We are looking for a Sales Back Office Assistant to join our high caliber team.

Your Role

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer orders, managing contracts, and ensuring accurate CRM data updates. You will collaborate with different teams to provide excellent customer support and contribute to the smooth operation of sales processes.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Drafting and managing contracts

  • Updating and managing the CRM system with client information (tax and financial data)

  • Order processing

  • Customer service

  • Daily communication with clients and network partners

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • 2–3 years of work experience in a similar position

  • University or Technical Institute degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English

  • Proficient use of MS Office programs

  • Strong team spirit, adaptability, and organizational skills are essential

  • Excellent use of ERP/CRM systems
