We are looking for a Software Consultant to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team:

• Providing technical support for ENTERSOFT SOFTONE applications to end customers.
• Daily servicing and provision of advisory services according to customer needs.
• Managing requests/proposals for customer improvement regarding the usage and evolution of the applications.

Your Qualifications & Competencies:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or a related field
• Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server)
• Familiarity with software is considered a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
