We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager specialized in ERP solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and promoting innovative solutions that support the digital transformation of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ERP sector.

  • Conduct product presentations, negotiate and close commercial agreements.

  • Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

  • Achieve both quantitative and qualitative sales targets.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a relevant field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software sales – experience in ERP or Telecommunications sales will be considered a strong asset.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.

  • Solid knowledge of sales techniques

  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
