We are looking for a ERP Implementation Consultant (SOFTONE) to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Assist clients with implementation and training of Soft1 ERP
• Train end users in specific modules of ERP application
• Collect requirements, analyze businesses and execute process workshops
• Identify, develop and integrate Soft1 ERP to meet predefined requirements interacting with clients, sales and technical consultants
• Participate in all ERP implementation steps as assigned
• Consult client to collect all relevant data for implementation
• Prepare necessary project documentations associated with implementation like manuals, customer query data, issue logs and their resolution
• Identify and develop business processes and demonstrate good report writing skills
• Develop and enforce collaborative working relationships with customers
• Lead process reviews and application configuration discussions with clients

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• 3+ of experience in similar position as Business Consultant in Business Software Sector
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or Finance
• Master is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of software products
• Excellent customer-oriented skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Very good knowledge of English language
